Ethical culture is often described in companies as "the way we do things around here."   What can leaders do to understand the tone they set and how it impacts the ethical business culture of their company?  Think about this in the context of the tone at the top, mood in the middle, buzz at the bottom...  What erodes a company's culture?  How can people be equipped to make better ethical decisions and speak up when something's not right?  And if they do speak up, are you ready to listen?
